Coach Course Creator helps coaches and trainers create courses using customer personas and their expertise. It provides course recommendations, curriculum, lesson scripts, slide content, assessments, assignments, resources and LMS preparation guidance.

2. Information You Provide

You may provide customer personas, teaching materials, trainer photos and other content within your ChatGPT conversation.

This information is used within the conversation to help prepare your requested course content. Please upload only information you have permission to use and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive student information.

3. Developer Access and Storage

This version is a skills-only plugin. It does not operate a separate developer server or database to collect or store your conversations, uploaded files or generated course content.

The plugin does not provide the developer with access to your private ChatGPT conversations or uploads.

4. External Services

This version does not include an external API, MCP server or LMS connection that sends your content to the developer or another service.

Features such as file creation, image generation or web browsing, when available and used within ChatGPT, are handled through the host platform and its applicable policies.

5. Payments

This plugin does not collect payments or payment-card information. Any charges for your ChatGPT account are managed separately by OpenAI.

6. OpenAI Data Handling

Your conversations, uploads and generated content are processed by OpenAI under its applicable policies and your account settings.

This policy does not replace OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

7. Retention and Deletion

The developer does not maintain a separate copy of your plugin conversations or uploads.

To manage or delete information stored in your ChatGPT account, use OpenAI’s available account and data controls. Retention is governed by OpenAI’s policies and applicable settings.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated if the plugin’s functionality or data practices change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
